So the summer is over and Josh is still at work. That's both a good thing and a bad thing. Good thing, because it's just that much more money that can we use to pay for things. It's also a bad thing, because he is going to be gone after class on tuesdays and thursdays, and then all day on saturdays. But he will only be working until the striping season is over. That is about October-ish. So it's not much longer, but still.
And now the fair is coming to an end today, which is a happy sad time for my family. I had Josh experience working the fair for the first time. We volunteered at the corn booth. The whole family worked on Sunday morning except for Zach, who got off work at 3 in the morning. So that was fun to work with the family. And not only was it a first time for Josh it was also a first time of trying something new at the booth. My dad talked to someone who sells corn in Texas at all the fairs there and got an idea from him to shave the corn off the cob. It cost the same amount as a corn on the cob, but it was less messy. It sold really well. And I am sure that it will be at the booth from here on out.
