Last night my little sister Jessica participated in Blackfoot's Distinguished Young Woman. Formally known as Jr Miss. She was a pastry chef for the opening number and ran around with a sparkly cake on her hand. She was so cute! She has her own chef's coat with her name on it and everything! And then she rocked the fitness portion! And for her talent she had a sparkly shirt and fedora and played "The Pink Panther" on her tenor sax. She did an amazing job! And her dress for the self expression portion was the most beautiful dress i have ever seen! But all in all at the end of it all she won a scholarship for Being Your Best Self. She should have gotten one of the Self Expression scholarships, but whatever. She is so beautiful. I am proud to call her my sister. She is so grown up now.
